Weightify Terms of use

Welcome to Weightify, a utility app designed to help users identify and estimate object weight through AI-powered visual analysis. By accessing or using the Weightify app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Weightify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

  1. Use of the App

Weightify is intended for personal, non-commercial use to estimate the weight of physical objects using AI-based image analysis. You may not use the App for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes, including using its results for scientific, legal, or medical claims.

  1. No Account Registration Required

You are not required to create an account to use Weightify. The App is fully accessible without registration, and no personal information is collected unless you voluntarily input it within the app.

  1. In-App Purchases

Weightify offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly Subscription: 4.99 USD per week
Yearly Subscription: 24.99 USD per year

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

  1. Privacy and Data Handling

Weightify does not collect or store personal information on its servers. All images and data processed by the app remain on your device. We do not share, sell, or track any user data or behavior.

  1. No Third-Party Integrations

The App is fully offline and does not depend on any third-party services. All operations occur locally, ensuring your privacy and security.

  1. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or copy the App’s functionality

  • Distribute malware or compromise the App’s functionality

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, UI elements, and code within the App are the intellectual property of Weightify or its developers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. Redistribution or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to Weightify if you violate these Terms. Since the app does not require account login, you may discontinue use by uninstalling the App.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Weightify is provided “as is” with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. It is intended for approximate estimations only and should not be used for safety-critical or legal purposes. In no event shall the developers of Weightify be liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of Weightify after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
